Our talented team works hard to print, cut and sew each item to order for you. Our made to order manufacturing model cuts unnecessary waste and helps to make our manufacturing ethical, sustainable, and responsible.
We always stand by our commitment to excellent product quality, however, because all items are made to order in the sizing and colors you select, we cannot honor returns or exchanges for any reasons other than manufacturing defects.
Sometimes issues do occur, so if by chance there are manufacturing defects, errors, or quality issues with the item(s) you have received, please contact us with photos of the issue and we'll do our best to make things right as quickly as possible.
Our unconventional return policy allows us to offer an infinite number of customized product options in a sustainable manner.
Delivery Delays
Orders made on our standard "Estimated to ship in 30 calendar days" (or 15 day for retail design-your-own products) timeline do not come with a guaranteed delivery date and as such we cannot assure delivery by a specific date.
Orders made on one of expedited turnaround options come with a guaranteed delivery date. Knotty Tie Co. does not issue full refunds or accept returns on orders delivered after their delivery date. We may provide a partial refund covering some or all of the shipping and expedite fee on a case-by-case basis.
In light of the coronavirus, please be aware that some orders may be delivered after their timeline due to unforeseen manufacturing delays or shipping carrier delays that are out of our control. Our customer service team will do their best to proactively reach out to inform you of adjusted delivery dates.
