Regarding the coronavirus:

Please note that it is our policy to not provide full refunds or accept returns on orders that do not meet their delivery timeline. Refer to the sections below for more details on our Return & Exchange policies.

Manufacturing defects:

Knotty Tie Co. has very high quality standards, but if by some chance there are manufacturing defects, errors, or quality issues with the item you have received, we may be able to remake those items for you on a case-by-case basis. If there was a problem with your order, please contact us with photos of the issue and we'll do our best to make things right as quickly as possible.

Custom & Predesigned (Made to Order):

We do not offer returns or issue refunds for custom orders with custom designed patterns, colors or sizes because they are made to suit your specific needs. We ask all customers to ensure the details of the order are correct prior to checkout and that custom colors are ensured to meet specifications either by ordering a physical swatch of the print or by using our ColorMatch chart, which comes with a color match guarantee.

Delivery delays:

Orders made on our standard 30 day (plus shipping time) timeline do not come with a guaranteed delivery date and as such we cannot assure delivery by a specific date. Orders made on one of expedited turnaround options come with a guaranteed delivery date. Knotty Tie Co. does not issue full refunds or accept returns on orders delivered after their delivery date. We may provide a partial refund covering some or all of the shipping and expedite fee on a case-by-case basis.

In light of the coronavirus, please be aware that some orders may be delivered after their timeline due to unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays. Our customer service team will do their best to proactively reach out to inform you of adjusted delivery dates.

In-stock items:

If you purchased an in-stock item from our website you may return these items for a refund or exchange within 30 days, so long as they are unworn and in their original packaging. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping for in-stock ties purchased online.

Face Masks and Neck Gaiters:

Due to the nature of these products and the current health risks, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. If there was a problem with your order, please contact us with photos of the issue and we'll do our best to make things right as quickly as possible.
